FAQ
When buying a ticket for Comic Con Stockholm, you get access to the entire event during the times and day(s) stated on your ticket. Your ticket gives you:
Access to all stage activities and panels (subject to space).
Access to the entire trade show floor and exhibitor activities (age restrictions may apply to some games).
Opportunity to meet your favorite celebrities and invited guests (autographs and photos cost extra).
We have introduced a price ladder where we sell our tickets in three rounds: Blind Bird (discounted price), Standard (ordinary price) and Late Bird (higher price).
- Blind Bird: buy your ticket at a discounted price! We offer you a discount because you buy your ticket so early (before we have booked most of our content and guests). All our tickets (except Artist Alley) are initially sold at Blind Bird prices, then the price increases and all tickets are converted to Standard tickets.
- Standard: tickets are sold at regular price
- Late Bird: just before Comic Con Winter, the price of our tickets will increase slightly and become Late Bird tickets

In the popular Artist Alley area, cartoonists, illustrators, writers and other creators exhibit and sell their works. The ticket includes admission for ONE person all days and a guaranteed seat in our Artist Alley with table (120×50) and chair. Please note that we only release a limited number of tickets. Both yes and no. We do not have physical sales on site, but only sell online. You will of course be able to buy tickets via Ticketmaster online, provided there are tickets left.
Check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If it is not there, please contact our ticketing partner Ticketmaster.
When the tickets for the selected day are sold out, you will not be able to buy a ticket for that date. This is to ensure that we do not take in too many people according to the safety and fire regulations that are in place. However, we recommend that you check if there are tickets available for the other event dates.
f the children’s tickets are sold out for the day you wish to visit Comic Con, it is fine to buy an adult ticket instead.
A booking can be canceled until payment has been made. The Distance Contracts Act’s rules on right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, the customer is therefore bound by his purchase. Refunds for purchased tickets are not possible.

Event tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are not personal. The ticket gives entry to the event once and whoever has the ticket in their hand has access to the arena.
Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund on your entry ticket. We understand that it is very sad that you will not get the chance to meet your favorite guest, but we promise that there is a lot of other fun at the event that you can take part in. You get your money back on the photo ticket and autograph ticket if the celebrity you were supposed to be photographed with / get an autograph from cancels.
