Is your favorite actor coming to Comic Con? Why not take the opportunity to immortalize the meeting with a picture! All our specially invited guests offer a photo opportunity. All you need is an entry ticket and photo ticket that you buy through our ticketing partner Ticketmaster. Below is more info on how to get a picture toghether with your idol.
YOU NEED BOTH ENTRY TICKET AND PHOTO TICKET
First of all, you need an entrance ticket to Comic Con. Then you also need a photo ticket, you can read more about that below.
BUY A PHOTO TICKET
In order to take a picture with your hero, in addition to an entry ticket, you also need to buy a photo ticket. To be sure of getting a photo ticket, we recommend that you buy your ticket in advance via Ticketmaster as we have a limited number of photo tickets. You choose which day and which time you want to be photographed. The ticket is only valid during this specific session.
If there are tickets left, you can also buy your ticket on the spot up to 30 minutes before the end of the photo session. This is then done online directly at Ticketmaster and you then use your digital ticket on the phone.
THE PHOTOSESSIONS ARE AT HEROES MEET
When it is time for your photosession, head over to the Heroes Meet area! Get in the line for the actor you want to meet. If you have a VIP- ticket you have access to the VIP fast-track line.
YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PRINTED PHOTO ON SPOT
When the photos are taken, wait for the printed version. The time it takes for you to get your photo can differ depending on how many people have been taking photos.
DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL PHOTO
At the photo session, you will receive your printed picture. On the picture you will also find the link and your specific code to download your digital photo.
FAQ
Unfortunately we cannot refund entrance tickets, however you can get your money back for the photo ticket or switch to a photo with another Special Guest. Usually you get info on how to proceed from Ticketmaster. Otherwise you can contact us.

We have a limited number of tickets for each session. To secure you get a photo with your favorite hero, we recommend you to buy a photo ticket online before the event. If there are tickets left, you can buy tickets at the event until 30 minutes before the end of the photo session, but we cannot guarantee that there will be.
It is totally okay to be more than one participating in the photosession. But each person in the photo needs to have a separate photo ticket. Everyone with a phototicket will get a print out photo.

With a selfie ticket, you get to take a selfie with your mobile phone together with the celebrity in question.
On your printed image you will find the link and your specific code to download your digital photo. It is therefore important that you get your printed image at your photo session.
You will choose the day and time for your photosession when you buy your ticket. It is important that you are in time for your photosession. You are responsible for being on time for your session – if you miss your session we will do what we can to give another time but if we can’t, you have used up your ticket.
Yes, you must have a photo ticket to enter Heroes Meet. And you can only enter the Heroes Meet area for the specific session for which you bought the ticket to avoid unnecessary congestion and queues
