Animator and character-designer, Miho Shimogasa is best known for her work on Sailor Moon, having directed the animation for Sailor Moon Stars, Sailor Moon SuperS and the film Sailor Moon SuperS Plus. She is also responsible for the character designs of the anime Gravitation, Mysterious Joker and Psychic Academy, and the key animations of Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might, Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibouken and Galaxy Express 999: Eternal Fantasy.
