Santa Gilda is our popular food truck with a Latin American concept where passion for flavor is at the heart of everything we do. On the menu, you’ll find our signature dish, Churrasco – a Latin-style steak burger made with 100% Black Angus beef and topped with our homemade sauces inspired by Latin America.
Another customer favorite is our Loaded Fries – or “Sexy Fries,” as we like to call them. Crispy French fries loaded with carefully selected toppings that come together to create flavors you’ll want to experience again and again.
