Meet ToxieKat at Comic Con Stockholm Winter, October 30 – November 1!
ToxieKat is an experienced cosplayer, professionally trained costume designer, and content creator with over 13 years of experience in the NJ/NY area. She holds a BFA in Costume Design and has trained at both the School of Historical Dress and The Globe Theatre in London. Her professional background spans theatre, the fashion industry, and social media marketing for major brands.
When she’s not competing in craftsmanship competitions, she works as a judge, bringing her technical expertise and educator’s perspective to the community. She cosplays both male and female characters, with a strong focus on realism and thoughtful design in every interpretation.
With a lifelong love of video games, film, and comics, her work includes sewing, armor fabrication, and special effects makeup. Her costumes and content have been featured by Riot Games/Arcane, New York Comic Con, BuzzFeed, Critical Role, and RockLove Jewelry, among others. Above all, she believes that cosplay is for everyone—regardless of skill level, size, shape, or ethnicity—and strives to create an inclusive and welcoming community.
