Gisela Oddsdotter made her debut in autumn 2026 with Ride or Die, released in two formats simultaneously: a novel and a graphic novel! Join her at Comic Con as she talks about the books, her collaboration with illustrators Alejandro López Martínez and María Campano Castro, and how her background as a dancer and actor has shaped her writing. The conversation will be hosted by Patrik Schylström from the Swedish Comics Association.

Ride or Die is a wild story about growing up without a sense of security. We meet three young women who fight tooth and nail to find their place in the world. It’s about messing up and ending up in a youth home. About doing everything you can to get out. About fighting for your dreams. And about how the difference between making it through and falling apart can be just one person who chooses to stay.
