More about Cian Tormey
Cian Tormey is an Irish cartoonist, based in Spain. He is currently working on a new series that tells the secret story of Alan Scott, the original Green Lantern. Previously, he completed an award-nominated series with Tom Taylor, Son of Superman: Kal El.
After an award-winning career as an art director in advertising for over a decade, Cian transitioned to drawing comics. He has worked on titles such as Valkyrie and Darkhold for Marvel, as well as on series such as Nightwing, Batman and the Outsiders, Catwoman and Batgirl for DC Comics. After taking over Son of Superman, DC Comics signed him to an exclusive deal in 2022. He is currently drawing Alan Scott: The Green Lantern for them. Cian Tormey excels through his ability to create dynamic and detailed illustrations that capture the essence of the characters.
